I’m Jewane, founder of FlyGirlSchool and a flight attendant with more than a decade of experience in the aviation industry.
I created FlyGirlSchool because becoming a flight attendant is about so much more than submitting an application and hoping for the best. From creating a resume that gets noticed and preparing for the interview, to making it through training and learning how to actually navigate life on the line, there’s a lot to learn along the way.
And you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Through FlyGirlSchool, I combine my firsthand aviation experience with my background in coaching, teaching, human resources, and relationship building to help aspiring and newly hired flight attendants navigate each stage of their journey with greater preparation and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve helped aspiring flight attendants turn the dream of earning their wings into reality, and continued mentoring them long after they received their first pair.
